Hellcase code help
What does the message say? A failed entry and a changed promotion call for different checks. Start with what is actually shown, rather than guessing a restriction.
The code was not accepted
Compare your entry with Kiqisun on the listing board. Check spelling and stray spaces. If it still fails, keep the exact message and consult Hellcase’s current promotion instructions or support.
The message mentions eligibility
Read the account, location or promotion condition named in the message. If the condition is ambiguous, ask Hellcase support to explain it.
The displayed amount is different
Compare the free component and the deposit percentage separately using the code reference. Read the promotion shown for your account and ask Hellcase support about any difference.
The code was accepted, but a reward is unclear
Keep the acceptance message and review the crediting terms. Ask Hellcase support to explain an account-specific credit or condition.
A useful support note
Include the code, exact message, displayed offer and when you saw it. Share account details only through the provider’s official support channel; do not send passwords or payment details. Return to the claim sequence once the promotion is clear.
